My mom and I loved our stay at Best Westwrn Plus Arrowhead Hotel. We enjoyed the cleanliness, the atmosphere, and Staff.
The bed is extremely comfortable in my opinion. They did have some movie channels without commercials. Parking is also free
The hotel was great for the price and staff was very welcoming, the Breakfast was also great. the ease of check in and out was something i liked as well
Staff and cleanliness were superb. Brittany at the front desk -- and all front desk personnel -- were wonderful. But the facility needs updating and upgrading -- the carpet in the rooms, in particular. My suggestion is hard floors throughout -- no more carpet, which is outdated and impossible to keep clean.

Staff offered good service. The room was clean.
Doors broken and jammed every night when I would go to my car for things also my sink was clogged my entire stay which was just irritating.
Breakfast need to add protein more options as a frequent customer at that hotel breakfast is a disappointment either the orange juice machine is not working properly because they put the wrong orange juice bag , breakfast is not like before when you guys had eggs , sausage, bacon spend to much money to stay that not to have a decent breakfast
The hotel was located near where I needed to go therefore it was convenient and easy to access from the I10 highway . The ladies at the reception desk were friendly . The room has a good size .
Elevator not working not good for people that cant walk up stairs Possible to inform before time about elevator issues.
